What happens if my documents are incomplete?
You are asked about the gaps rather than having them filled in for you. Documents are written for humans who can infer the rest, so they are almost never complete in the way software needs. Where the source is silent you get a specific question, not a guess.
Does anything get created before I approve it?
No. Extraction produces a draft you review and correct. Records are written only once you confirm, and what is written is exactly what the manual Setup Wizard would have created.
Can I use it after my school is already set up?
Yes. Import from documents is available from Scheduling at any time, not only during first-time setup, because next semester's study plans arrive every semester.
