Access Najiba

Najiba appears on your Dashboard as the AI School Assistant. You can also click the Najiba icon in the navigation bar to open the assistant from any page.

Ask questions naturally

Type questions in plain language, just like you would ask a colleague. For example: "How many students were absent today?", "Show me overdue invoices", or "Which class has the highest attendance rate?".

Get instant data insights

Najiba can pull real-time data about attendance, students, fees, and operations. She provides formatted summaries with actual numbers from your school.

Request task guidance

Not sure how to do something? Ask Najiba: "How do I create a class?", "Help me set up grading", or "How do I invite a parent?". She provides step-by-step instructions.

Draft communications

Ask Najiba to draft emails, announcements, or fee reminders. For example: "Draft a fee reminder email for parents with overdue invoices" or "Write a parent newsletter about the upcoming science fair".

Use in your preferred language

Najiba responds in the same language you write in. Ask in Arabic, French, or English and she'll respond naturally in that language.

  • Be specific in your questions for the best results — "How many Grade 5 students were absent this week?" works better than "Show absences".
  • Use the suggested prompts on the Najiba interface for common queries.
  • Najiba respects your role — teachers see only their class data, accountants see financial data.
  • Try asking Najiba to explain trends: "Why is attendance lower this month?"

Frequently Asked Questions

Najiba is available on every school plan — Starter, Growth, and Enterprise. The standalone AI Timetable plan covers scheduling only and does not include the assistant.

Najiba only shows data appropriate for your role. Teachers see their class data, accountants see financial data, and admins see everything.

Najiba can suggest actions and draft content, but all changes require your confirmation before they're applied. She never makes changes without your approval.
