Before you start

For School owners, Administrators, Operations managers, Registrars, Teachers, Finance teams, Parents, Students

  • Use your own account and a trusted device.
  • Have access to your account email and any enrolled authenticator.

Start from the official sign-in page

Open app.skoolia.io and sign in with the email used for your school account. Parents, students and invited staff should use their school-provided access instructions rather than creating a new school.

Reset a forgotten password

Choose the password reset option on the sign-in page. Enter your account email, check your inbox and spam folder, and follow the reset email privately. Use a unique password meeting the requirements shown.

Handle an expired reset link

Request a fresh reset email if the link is expired or invalid. Follow any waiting period displayed before trying again. Do not forward the reset email or paste its link into a support conversation.

Complete your existing verification

If asked for an authenticator code, use your enrolled authenticator or the recovery option shown. Keep recovery codes private. A password reset does not replace the requested verification.

Ask the right person for access help

Contact the school administrator for a missing invitation, unavailable account email, incorrect child link or missing role. Use Skoolia’s Contact page for unresolved sign-in problems.
