Before you start
For Parents
- Sign in to the parent account invited by your school.
- Check that the child is linked to your dashboard.
Choose your child
Open the Parent Dashboard and find the relevant child’s card. Select View Progress to open that child’s academic overview.
Review subject results
Check the subject summaries and recorded grades available in the progress view. Look at the assignment, score and total marks together to understand the result.
Read available feedback
Review any teacher feedback provided with the academic record. Ask the subject teacher or school office if a result needs explanation.
Follow up on missing results
A missing mark does not necessarily mean zero. The work may not yet be graded or the class and subject link may need correction. Ask the school to check it.
Ask about formal reports
Follow the school’s process for receiving published report cards. A current progress summary is not necessarily the same as an issued term report.
Good practice
- Use the correct child card when several children are linked.
- Discuss patterns across assignments rather than one isolated mark.
- Give the school the assignment name when reporting a discrepancy.
