Before you start
For Parents
- Your school must invite you and link your account to your child.
- Use the same email address to which the invitation was sent.
Accept the school invitation
Open the invitation sent by your school and follow its account setup steps. If the invitation is missing or expired, ask the school office to check the email address and resend it.
Sign in to the parent portal
Open app.skoolia.io and sign in. You should see the parent dashboard for your school account, rather than a new-school setup flow.
Check your linked children
Review the child cards on the dashboard. If a child is missing or the link is incorrect, contact the school before using the record. Each guardian should use their own account.
Open your child’s progress
Use View Progress on the relevant child’s dashboard card. This is the entry point to their academic overview; there is no separate Student Progress sidebar destination.
Use the parent navigation
Open Attendance, Fees, Messages or Notifications from the parent menu. On a phone, open the navigation menu first. Available information depends on what the school has recorded and shared.
Good practice
- Bookmark the app sign-in page.
- Contact the school office about incorrect records; parents do not edit academic records.
- Check the portal regularly rather than relying only on outbound alerts.
